I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years’ experience. As a dedicated clinician, the heart of my work is counseling individuals, couples and families. My services include short and long term therapy, as well asassessments and referrals. Until recently, I served eight yearsas assistant director of Stanford University’s Internal EmployeeAssistance Program. I continue to work for Stanford Universityas a clinician and conducting workshops.
I am also a consultant to various groups and organizations providing trainings, seminars and workshops. As a former NFL Players Assistance Clinician, I continue to provide services to athletes and their families.
I view myself as an eclectic therapist utilizing various techniques to meet an individual’s needs. Some of thetheories I utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adlerian Therapy and Systems Focused Therapies. Particularinterests and expertise include individuals impacted by anxiety, depression, substance use and addiction, PTSD andrelationship challenges.
I also mentor and supervise Marriage and Family Interns, which I value and enjoy as it gives me an opportunity to share my knowledge with others.
