I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, certified executive coach and a candidate for my sports psychology certification in 2022. I blend my extensive knowledge of human behavior with my vast knowledge of the business world to help those I partner with to navigate through life transitions, manage relationships, uncover their natural skills, realize their goals and achieve their dreams. This approach helps my clients develop a self that can thrive in any climate and through the unexpected challenges that we all face throughout our life’s journey 

I have also been involved in the technology industry for almost 30 years. I’ve spent over 20 years of my business career working in marketing and the Inclusion and Diversity team at Apple, Inc. I’ve had a front row seat in the development and marketing of some of Apple’s most world changing products. The lessons learned in this part of my journey are invaluable. I have great insight in creating personal and product visions for success, understanding how to connect with others at a visceral level, cutting through ambiguity to drive what matters, and developing individuals and teams to thrive personally while being highly productive. 

Along with my focus on the whole self of those I partner with, I also specialize in stress and anxiety management, developing healthy personal and professional relationships, finding your own voice, navigating personal and professional challenges as part of the BIPOC community, and helping athletes navigate their life during and after they leave the game.

I have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 25 years with my wife and daughter. I’m an avid sports fan and a die-hard Cleveland Browns and Indians fan. I passionately support nonprofits focused on youth development. In my spare time, I love to explore different cultures around the world.
